Size Guide
Head Chains: To find your size, measure the circumference of your head. Average head sizes are 22” or 24” inches around. Select whichever measurement is closest to your head size at checkout.
Hand Chains: Adjustable, one size fits most.
Leg Chains: Choose your size based on height. Petite (5’1” - 5’3”), Regular (5’4”-5’7”), or Tall (5’8”-5’11”)
Body Chains: Fit based on US average dress size- S/M (0-4) M/L (6-10).
Belly Chains: Adjustable, up to size 8.

Shipping
Our items come gift wrapped in organza bags or on a cardboard form to keep them from tangling. We ship our items first class.
All items are handmade, please allow 3-5 business days for processing in addition to shipping times. Shipping takes 5-7 days domestically. International orders take longer, customs can delay them up to 6 weeks. Due to a high volume of lost packages and customs restrictions, we do not ship to Turkey and Dubai.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each Lone Wolf Accents piece is handmade to order & returns are accepted on a case by case basis. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your order, and store credit will be held for 365 days from the date of your purchase. Breakage
Lone Wolf Accents carefully chooses high quality chain and takes pride in careful craftsmanship to create strong pieces that can withstand the elements of your awesome life. But shit happens. We will happily repair any body chain or jewelry that breaks for up to six months after purchase. Ship it back and we’ll return it in tip top shape. Custom Orders
We love making custom pieces so if there's something you have in mind, we'd love to help you make your dream jewelry come to life! Our talented jewelry designers will work with you on your piece, make suggestions and give input from a designer's point of view, but ultimately, this is your piece and we’ll make sure to bring your creative vision to life.
Custom piece delivery dates vary, but can take as long as 6 weeks for delivery. If you have a deadline for the piece, you can request a rush order for a fee. Email [email protected] with your idea and we’ll conjure up something amazing.
Photoshoot Pulls
We are happy to offer jewelry for photo and video shoots, runway shows and special events. Please contact us with the official pull letter. We will ship you your requested pieces with a contract of our own. [email protected]
